Becoming Real Workshops for Women
You don’t have to stay stuck in patterns that were never meant to define you.
Healing is possible—and it can begin here.
Your Healing Journey Begins Here
Healing doesn’t happen all at once.
For many women, it begins with a safe place to understand their story…
and then deepens into meaningful, lasting change over time—with Christ as a steady source of truth, healing, and refuge.
The Becoming Real workshops are designed to meet you where you are.
You can begin with a gentle 4-week foundation,
or step into a deeper 8-week experience when you feel ready.
What makes Becoming Real different
This work is:
• clinically grounded
• spiritually anchored
• emotionally honest
It honors both:
your psychological healing
and your relationship with Christ
You don’t have to choose between the two
Becoming Real
An 8-Week Deep Healing Experience for Women
Dates: Tuesdays — September 8 through October 27
Time: 6:00–7:30 PM
Location: TBD (Washington County, Utah)
This is where healing begins
This is not a surface-level workshop
Over 8 weeks, you will be supported as you:
uncover and work through core emotional wounds
understand your attachment patterns and relational dynamics
identify the beliefs that shape your identity
process grief in a meaningful, supported way
learn what true forgiveness looks like (without minimizing your experience)
reconnect with your identity in Christ
begin living from a place of truth instead of survival
The Experience
Weekly small-group sessions (intimate and supportive)
Guided emotional and spiritual processing
Reflection exercises and integration work
A safe space to be seen, known, and understood
Through teaching, reflection, and guided exercises,
you will begin to experience real internal change.
Who this is for
This experience is for women who:
have already begun their healing journey—but sense there is more beneath the surface
find themselves avoiding certain emotions, conversations, or parts of their story
feel stuck in patterns they understand… but don’t yet know how to change
carry unresolved pain, grief, or disconnection that hasn’t fully been processed
desire real, lasting change—not just temporary relief or coping
long to feel more grounded, connected, and at peace within themselves
want to reconnect with their identity and healing through Christ
