Why I Created Arise

Arise Counseling & Workshops was born from a deep desire to support women in the “in-between” seasons of life—the space where something has ended, but what comes next is not yet clear.

These seasons can feel disorienting and lonely.

But they are also sacred.

I created Arise as a place where healing is intentional, growth is supported, and women are invited to rise—not by ignoring their pain, but by moving through it with truth, faith, and courage.
